For individual portfolio companies, we assume operational management upon request. In this role, we ensure clear responsibilities, efficient interfaces with service providers, authorities, and marketers, as well as commercially and technically aligned management at the site level. At the same time, we establish internal structures so that reporting, controlling, and communication with investors function seamlessly.
